DO YOU MAKE CONCESSIONS FOR STUPIDITY?

I don't go around calling people stupid, except on the road where stupidity is usually seen. From the person who conveniently forgets to use his turn signal to the one who flies in front of you just to turns off real quick, stupidity is all around...we can call it rude, stupid or any other...
