Night time walk
Last night i took a walk with Gandolf. As we headed for the back door, there on the sun porch was my company watching the olympics and my husband fast asleep on the couch. Everyone has a story.
We all have a story, or stories, that belongs just to us, it may be sad, happy, funny, interesting, weird, but it is a part of us and our lives and is clue as to who we really are. We need to read these stories as if we do not know the author to find out, in truth, who we are.

Anger
I have always held my anger inside i guess because i feel it is an emotion that has no place in our lives. I feel ashamed when i get angry even though most of the time the people around me do not know i am angry. My reasoning is if i let the anger come out of my mouth, then i might say something...

I learned a new word today,
ASCETIC....self-denying; one who leads a life of strict self-denial, esp. for religious purposes. I had a grandmother that i would call ascetic....but i couldn't say if it was for religious purposes. She fed 5 people on very little money, i always wondered why anyone would always want the chicken...
